The reason why I'm not even tempted to use GenAI for both programming and art, even if it may create better results faster, is that the process is the whole point for me. I love thinking about how to turn the vision in my mind into something tangible. I love to learn. I love seeing myself improve and gain the ability to master difficulties I encountered along the way.
A result without the process is meaningless and makes me feel as accomplished as cloning a repository and pretending I made it.
