@volpeon@icy.wyvern.ripI explicitly had to go against literally all guides which tell you to disable DXVK and enable it. Now the Nvidia GPU shows up in the list. Next dilemma: Affinity under WINE doesn't save settings, and I have no idea what the XML file is supposed to look like, so I have no way to set it manually.
