Indicate if i tried to follow a locked account before.
If my follow request is rejected, I won't know. And that's fine, we don't need a notification for that. But I also won't know if I sent the request in the first place so I might think "huh, I guess I didn't try to follow them yet" and send a new request. I would inadvertently bother people with no fault of my own except for not having a superhuman brain that can remember every single little thing.
Please, this shouldn't be too much to ask for, right?
