@irina Yeah, I normally would be more understanding if the setting was different. It's also such a drastically different experience from my other projects with testers who also weren't that computer literate, but who knew how to find solutions on their own. Sometimes they came up with absolutely horrendous workarounds, but at least they tried and I knew what to do.
