People pointed out that a piercing is an option. I think I automatically avoided it because it feels intrusive, but yeah, it's valid. And I guess it would also help with the harness design I came up with, as additional anchor since the dragon will carry bags, too
@cwebber I keep criticizing all the time that everything happening in a global context is the main reason why there's so much conflict on Twitter-like platforms. This design is fundamentally broken.
"Could this man have turned into a killer due to horrible circumstances and injustice that will never be addressed in this fucked up system?" "No, it's the video games who turn people into killers."
I'm always interested in how people solve harnesses on dragons as inspiration for my upcoming comic (any day now, I hope ). But a lot of art has "plot holes". Sometimes the wing membrane is barely connected to the body, which makes the harness easy to design but the wings kinda dysfunctional, and other times any complicated aspects are just handwaved away.
But that part I attached? Where does it go around the body? Behind the wing membrane? No. In front of the membrane? Also no. I can't see anything to anchor it and that means it wouldn't work.
