@anthropy GNOME, but I think I could do it before on other DEs. I never intentionally enabled anything fancy, I just went with the "de" keyboard layout in the installer and it just worked™ neofox_laugh

@ziphi I'm so damn glad AI wasn't a thing yet when I went to school/uni. People have to jump through so many hoops to prove they did, in fact, write their assignments themselves, only to still end up getting points docked because some "AI detector" found the use of em dashes suspicious. So not only do they have to do the actual work, they also have to fuck up their writing to ensure the AI detectors won't go off. What a nightmare.
