Ah yes, the myth that CEOs know everything about their stuff inside out, better than anyone who actually works in the specific domain. The CEO of our company, who wanted me to change the colors in my diagrams to 6 shades of red because that's our company color knows better than anyone that this is peak usability.

I wish my work laptop had an external power button. Then I could put it in the stand where my personal laptop is instead of it taking so much space on my desk. But
- I'm not buying anything that would only work with employer hardware (i.e. a dock)
- WOL is disabled in BIOS and I can't change any settings

Set up the new monitor and used the opportunity to clean up my desk. I was able to get rid of lots of cables sine the monitor has an integrated USB hub. drgn_uwu
