The world if displays and GPUs all just used DisplayPort instead of a mixture of DP and HDMI which have different characteristics and support different things
(Brought to you by me figuring out how to connect my two displays to two graphic cards, and each display only has one DP port and 1/2 HDMI ports, and also one of the GPUs only has 4 DP ports, and I want to get the best quality in any constellation (4K, 10bit colors) which HDMI causes the most trouble with)
The thing is, I've been using them during my vacation. Side-facing emojis are great for animals because they look way more creature-ish than front-facing ones. But they're also harder to read. So I want to try front-facing after all :areonVFlat:
Why aren't light sensors on regular desktop computers a thing? I don't want to blast my eyes with full brightness when it's dark, but I also want to see things during the day, so I end up changing the brightness 1 to 2 times a day. And you have to do it for each screen separately. (Unless you're me and sync the brightness with DDC/CI in a bash script that's running endlessly)
