There are website that, when scrolled, will appear to not scroll and play an animation instead. Said animation isn't automatic, it's controlled by the scroll position.
How does this look good to designers? When I scroll, I don't do it evenly so the animation looks janky as hell. All it does is feel irritating because the page suddenly stops behaving as expected.
It's baffling that for typical night mode implementations, tinting the screen and maybe also changing the whole system UI theme between light and dark is supported, but the screen brightness? The obvious thing? Nah, let's blast that shit with the same intensity into your eyes as during the day
