I think I understand now why chain posts (something Bluesky users do a lot, i.e. quote replying to and repeating the prompt "if you see this, post [thing]") annoy me. At first I thought it was because it feels like blatant interaction bait, but that's only part of it.
It's the fact that I read the text in each post before looking at the attachment, even though I know it's always the same. I hate this so much. 🥴
