For some reason I checked Awwwards to see if I could find some inspiration on how to improve my website. But as usual, while all those websites look impressive, they're so annoying to use.

You know what kind of website deserves way more respect than them? Those that look impressive without turning their usability into a pile of trash, because that takes true skill.
