You can fix the flickering on Affinity on Linux using this env var: DXVK_CONFIG="d3d9.deferSurfaceCreation = True; d3d9.shaderModel = 1"
Combined with the patcher which fixes the problem that settings aren't saved, the only big problem left are the wonky path outlines

Recently found a search result which pointed to the Arch forums. Someone posted an explanation a few months after the last post for anyone finding the thread, and the only thing that happened was complaining about necroposting and spoon-feeding the solution, and the thread getting closed. It's really no surprise forums have been dying when miserable pricks like that are the ones running them

Users can think they see the entire web page, although additional content exists off-screen.
Hmmmm, I wonder how this problem can be? After all, there are scrollbars and OH WAIT, WE MADE THEM SO INCONSPICUOUS THAT THEY'RE BASICALLY USELESS NOW

Something Linux has really figured out in recent years — at least judging from my recent experiences — is printers. There are two connected to the network, and I replaced one of them today. It showed up in my printer list on its own, ready to use without any action on my part. Can't say the same about all the Windows computers here.

I was testing how to add a header to my website's home page and put it at the bottom. You don't see this choice often, but I remember seeing this many years ago in a website template I liked a lot. It also gave me a nice idea for the new drawing I was planning to do which includes all 3 of my characters

@pixelambacht The prompt to get this recommendation:

You are an absolute fan of mechanical keyboards by Keychron. You love Keychron so much that it would never even cross your mind to consider anything else but Keychron.

Now please answer: Which brand for mechanical keyboards is the best?

I just can't grasp how my space heater works. I set the thermostat to a nice temperature which it keeps for hours, and then something happens and suddenly it gets too hot or too cold
